Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Updated series of detailed guides on the use of VPN solutions with mobile internet access (GPRS, EDGE, 3G/UMTS, HSDPA). Each solution is covered in a series of 3 guides comprising an overview and performance notes, Appendix A covering detailed configuration notes for the concentrator, and Appendix B with information on installation and setup of the client (PC) software. The guides should be read in conjunction with the VPN Overview document.

 

The guides were reviewed and updated in June 2007 to improve presentation of test results and include coverage of version 9 of the Vodafone Mobile Connect software.

 

Each package is a ZIP folder of 3 (PDF) documents, comprising Overview, Appendix A (concentrator), and Appendix B (client).
