To enjoy the benefits of Always Best Connected for the PC, you will
need version 10.0 or higher, so if your software version looks
like the image below you don't need to upgrade your software:

and you will need to download the latest software:
Wi-Fi is a short range wireless connection that allows multiple users
to share a connection to the internet.
Wi-Fi can be found in many locations: in the office; at home; or
at public hotspots such as Cafés and Airports.
Vodafone Mobile Broadband allows you as a user to connect to Wi-Fi
so as when you are in range of these Wi-Fi networks the software
will automatically connect you and therefore allow you to save your
mobile data usage allowance for when you are out and about.
When you install the Vodafone Mobile Broadband software any Wi-Fi
connections that you have already connected to on your PC are automatically
imported in to the Vodafone Mobile Broadband software as preferred
Wi-Fi connections.
If you know there is a Wi-Fi connection available that you want to
connect to, then use the following steps:
| Go to the ADVANCED view |  |
| Select the STATUS tab |  |
| Click on the (x networks available) within the Wi-Fi panel |  |
| A dialogue box will show the networks that are in range If a network is already known it will be shown with a star |

| If you know the name of the network you want to connect to then select it and click on the connect button | |
| The software will prompt for any security settings, if needed |  |
Once connected, this network will become a preferred network and
will connect automatically in the future.
If you do not know the name of the network you want to connect to
there are actions you can take:

Put your PC near the router, switch off the router and make a note
of which connection disappears. Switch the router back on then connect
to this network.
